We are living in a time of great abundance.
Mind. Body. Spirit.
We often treat these as separate because it is easier for the mind to intellectualize, categorize, and compare. But they are not separate. They are one movement, one experience.
You can see this when you are actually in touch with yourself.
The stories you still tell today that have been over for years. The past you return to remember, to fantasize about, to escape into. All of this is allowed. There is nothing wrong with memory, imagination, or even escape. But none of it is direct abundance, because direct experience has no overlay.
It is simply what is happening.
We enter it, and somehow it allows us to enter it.
Pain. Suffering. Confusion. Happiness. Joy.
These are all happening now. We can feel them, discuss them, and tell stories about them. But the moment we begin to overidentify with them, we begin to leave the abundance of the fresh now.
We become the story instead of experiencing what is here.
The now is so completely in tune with presence that the moment it begins to think of itself as higher than what is, it has already returned to thought.
Abundance. Presence. Strength. Courage.
These are not separate things. They are names pointing toward the same ephemeral experience of eternality, the experience of now, before the mind divides it into something that belongs to me.
And here, there is no body to defend.
No identity to maintain.
No separate “I” to become.
There is only what is here.
And it is already abundant.
