The Woman Inside Everything

The woman is the life inside each of us.

She is our ability to receive, to feel, to move.

She is the allowance of movement and the strength of strength itself.

And she resides in everything.

To forget her, to remove her, is to attempt to remove God, the I of life itself that is speaking through you, speaking through me.

Life speaks.

You receive it.

Then you interpret it.

Then you assign meaning to it.

This is human. Normal, even.

We don’t need to destroy this part of ourselves.

We need to accept it.

Because accepting what something appears to be can become the very doorway into seeing what simply is.

I feel something inside myself.

I feel it.

Then I burden that feeling with a story.

And suddenly, I am no longer seeing life itself.

I am seeing the story I placed on life.

People call this feminine intuition.

And it is.

We feel something in our bodies and something in us says, Nope. Not today.

And sometimes we give that feeling a name.

Satan.

Evil.

Danger.

God.

We turn a movement inside ourselves into an enemy outside ourselves.

But, Satan, not today, doesn’t actually solve anything.

It simply attempts to divide a life that cannot be divided.

There is nothing else happening but life coming through you.

The moment you call that movement something and give it a story prescribed to one side or the other—good or evil, right or wrong, yours or theirs—you begin living inside a separate consciousness.

Separate, but never alone.

Because consciousness is still speaking.

Life is still moving.

And it is using the feminine to do so.

But don’t become too attached even to this.

Don’t turn feeling into a religion.

Don’t turn intuition into a god.

Don’t turn solidarity into another identity you must defend.

Because the moment we make our own understanding permanent, we have created another thing to worship.

And when religion becomes a god, we can destroy ourselves, and everyone else, in the process.

So learn to feel.

Go back to your body.

Go back to the place where life moves before you explain it.

And depending on how long it has been since you have touched this life inside yourself without perversion, without turning it into something it isn’t, the road back may be difficult.

You will weep.

You will get depressed.

You will get angry.

You will grieve.

You will grieve for what was stolen from you.

You will grieve for the years you spent believing you had to be something other than what you were.

And bringing that life back into your awareness is hard.

It is also, simultaneously, worth it.

You are worth it.

She is not asking you to become someone new.

She is asking you to feel.

Simply feel.

The life that has been moving through you, without perversion, all along.
