The Love That Endures Forever

To awaken to the peace and power of God, become less available to the noise of the world.

Become less concerned with being seen, understood, validated, or constantly present.

The awakening of the spiritual life does not happen in the world of physical talk and physical movement. It happens beneath it.

You are already there.

You are already it.

But we lose sight of it.

You walk with God.
You speak through God.
You move through God.

And yet you cannot make yourself God in the world—not because God is separate from you, but because the moment the human mind turns something sacred into an identity, it begins to distort it.

People judge.

They envy.

They worship.

They want to possess what they believe will give them love, power, security, or meaning.

And if people worshiped you, they might mistake the vessel for the source.

They might give their love away to you instead of discovering that what they are searching for is already within themselves.

People need love.

And because they need it so deeply, they will compete for it, try to own it, bargain for it, control it, and sometimes even enslave others in the hope of possessing it.

They will confuse attention with love.

Power with love.

Wealth with love.

Status with love.

Possession with love.

But the love that endures forever does not need any of these things.

It does not need to be chosen over someone else.

It does not need to be worshiped.

It does not need to be possessed.

It does not need an audience.

Because it is already in you.

And if it is already in you, it cannot belong exclusively to anyone else.

It cannot be bought.

It cannot be earned.

It cannot be taken away.

It can only be forgotten.

And remembered.

Awakening is remembering what was never absent.

The peace was already there.

The power was already there.

The love was already there.

You simply became quiet enough to notice.
