There are days when heaviness comes simply because it lives within the body. It moves through the field of consciousness, through the mind—the place of endless possibility. We want to know what caused it. We search for reasons, for stories, for something to explain why we feel the way we do.
But sometimes there is no story.
There is only the feeling itself: heavy, confused, disjointed, unmotivated, tired, restless.
These experiences are part of the human condition. They do not always need to be analyzed or solved. They need to be met.
They need your presence.
Because when the mind is searching for certainty, presence offers stability. When thoughts are scattered, presence gathers them without force. When everything within you—and everything around you—seems to be falling apart, your own awareness becomes the one place that does not move.
You may not be able to stop the heaviness from visiting, but you can stop abandoning yourself when it arrives.
And that quiet act of remaining present is enough to discover that what felt permanent was only passing through.
