When people return to the body, they surrender the body.
Presence is here.
The body, as they knew it, is over.
God is here.
The identity built around humanity falls away.
The knowledge the world has collected, measured, and defended dissolves.
What remains is presence itself.
A vast intelligence beyond naming.
The intelligence humans have called impossible.
The unknown.
The other.
The alien.
The unknown has always walked among humanity, long before humanity had words to describe it.
It cannot be known through human knowledge.
It can only be encountered.
There may be glimpses.
Images.
Moments of recognition.
But even these pass through memory.
And memory is fragile.
Memory is yesterday projected onto tomorrow.
It is trapped in time.
Trapped in thought.
Trapped in the illusion that what has been can explain what is.
When people leave the body too soon, they become their enemy.
A sensation arises.
Anger.
Fear.
Pain.
The body feels.
But the mind enters and says:
“Yes. They did this.”
“They are the reason.”
“Make them carry the guilt of what you feel.”
And the cycle begins.
The enemy is created.
The story is strengthened.
The body is split in two and separation continues.
The separation continues.
But when a person returns to the body—when they surrender the need to control the experience—something else emerges.
The enemy disappears.
Not because the world changes.
Not because everyone becomes kind.
But because the separation that created the enemy dissolves.
There are no enemies here.
There are no saviors here.
There is only:
I AM.
The presence beneath every name.
The intelligence within every form.
The joy hidden inside every unknown.
The secret beneath every foundation.
The mystery within longing itself.
It is all here.
Now.
Always.
For the one who forgives their enemy discovers something greater than forgiveness.
They discover their enemy was never separate from them.
Their enemy was the body they had abandoned.
The sensations they refused to feel.
The pain they refused to hold.
The life they continued fighting against.
Through repeated lack of forgiveness, the pattern hardened.
It became fixed.
It became falsely permanent.
It became prideful.
A stone convinced it was only stone, forgetting it carried the wind, the spirit, the life itself.
But no matter how it appears, it is still life.
It is still the way.
It is still the truth.
The sacred is not hidden from you.
You are dwelling within its presence.
Inside every being.
Inside every living thing.
The anger was not only about them.
The fear was not only about them.
The story was not only about them.
It was the mind searching for separation in a place where only life existed.
And when separation dissolves, the war ends.
Not because an enemy was defeated.
But because there was never anyone to defeat.
Only life, meeting itself again.
